- Complete online registration form. You will then receive all the necessary documentation, guidance and support. This is a one off lifetime registration.
- Ongoing free telephone and email support will be provided from this point forward. Please telephone 01256 316536 between 9 am and 5 pm or email info@inclusionmark.co.uk with any questions or queries you may have.
- Our inclusion consultants are available to visit your school and provide bespoke consultancy to support the inclusion work in your school. Please follow the link to our consultancy page for more details.
- Two weeks later a member of the IQM team will get in touch with an aim to
- Set a provisional date for the assessment.
- Agree the requirements of the completed Tracking Document..
- Answer any immediate questions you may have.
- As you begin to complete the Tracking Document please submit a couple of elements at a time to elements@inclusionmark.co.uk for feedback and guidance. Feedback is normally within 2 – 3 days.
- Six weeks before the provisional date we will call you to confirm the date and make arrangements for assessment. The date can be moved if required at this stage.
- Please note: assessments moved after this stage will incur an administrative charge of £300 + VAT.
- The school’s completed Tracking Document must be submitted three weeks before the assessment date for the assessment to be able to proceed.
- Our assessors will contact the school in advance of the visit to discuss the programme for the visit. The purpose of the visit is to evaluate the quality and depth of inclusion which exists within your school.
- A draft report will be sent to the school for checking its statistical accuracy and then forwarded to IQM’s Quality Assurance Board for moderation.
- Schools will be informed of the outcome of this within 3 weeks of the date of the assessment.
- Successful schools then receive an invite to the national award ceremony to be presented with the Inclusion Quality Mark plaque.
